SERVICES

I provide a variety of employment related support services, across a range of subjects. The services that businesses most commonly ask me to help with are:

My services also cover the provision of bespoke, essential employment documents, as well as updates to any existing policies and processes when Employment Laws change or your business grows. These essential documents include:

 

~ Contracts of Employment

~ HR and Employment Policies and Procedures

~ Employee or Temporary Worker Handbooks

 

 

PRICING

I am not an Employment Lawyer and so can’t provide you with legal advice, however on the plus side I won’t be charging you Employment Lawyer fees! (apologies to any Employment Lawyers who might be reading this!)

HR advice and hands on employment support is provided on either a Pay As You Go or a Retained Services basis (ie you can sign up to a 12 month contract for an agreed number of hours’ support per month).

As an indication of cost, the typical charges for some of the main services that I provide are noted below.

The actual price that you pay will very much depend on the type of help that you need and how long it will take me to complete the work.  It will therefore be important for us to have an initial discussion about your specific requirements (free of charge), after which I will be able to provide you with a formal Quote.

Please note that all of my fees are VAT free.

 

~ Pay As You Go support – £80 per hour

~ Retained Services (contracted, regular work) – £75 per hour

~ A simple but bespoke Employment contract – £175

~ A single, bespoke HR policy – £150

~ A staff handbook of essential HR policies (usually up to 10 basic, but bespoke policies) – £550

~ Travel to work at sites beyond a 25 mile radius of my base in Redhill, Nottingham (NG5) are charged at standard HMRC business mileage rates.
