Is technology damaging our wellbeing?

Do you expect your employees to be on call 24/7? Or do you have a policy in place that specifies when staff should not be connected to work?

Legislation has been introduced in France that requires employers with 50 or more employees to be clear about when staff should not respond to or send emails. New York is considering something similar.

Maybe it is time to do something similar in the UK?
